All attendees must register individually. UPCM Alumni​ belonging to Class 1969 and earlier get to attend the ball for free but need to register prior to the event for proper seating and other arrangements.

Notifications on ticket number were sent to the registrants email address. Please ensure that emails from you are not marked as spam by your email provider. 

 

Tickets may be claimed at the UPMAS office, Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 5 pm, through your class representative, or onsite.  

 

We would like to remind you that you can register for entry as early as 5 pm. The program will start promptly at 6:00 pm. We are looking forward to seeing you on this evening of celebration!
